Level 1: Introduction to Channeling

This is a group class of 20 students maximum. In this class, we go over the basics that each individual needs to know prior to channeling. You must learn to crawl before you can learn to walk. We will go over meditation, grounding, tapping into energy, boundaries, ego, and much more. By the end of the class, you should be more tapped into your intuition, be able to feel energy, and have a basic understanding of channeling.

Notes will be e-mailed to you closer to the class session date to study beforehand if you wish, but we will be going over the topics in class.
