Leadership Skills - Taking the Business Forward - The Functions Of Leadership

In this class we will look at the functions of leadership and the difference between managing and leading.
We will learn why it is important to recognize which mode you are engaged in, how much leadership you currently do and what the consequences of that might be. Finally, if you feel you need a more functional leadership style, we will identify what actions to take to address these differences.
