Series Certification: Often time, we are unaware of the stage of change we are in with a behavior we’d like to shift. Instead of giving ourselves grace, we shame ourselves for not being able to follow through or wonder why we don’t have the “willpower”. Knowing what stage of change you are in for any behavior can shed light on where you are and where you’d like to go. In the Transtheoretical Model of change, Dr. Prochaska states there are 6 stages of change, all of which we must go through, all of which take time (like 6 months to create a habit!). Join me in this webinar about change and discover the knowledge within each stage to find your own personal power.

How and when will I receive my certificate?

After you have completed the requirements set out by the instructor the certificate will become available to download with your name and the date.
When can I take the quiz?

Quizzes become available after the session they are associated with. After you view a session live or recorded you will be able to take the associated quiz.
How can I use my certificate?

There are many ways! Download the certificate, print it out, post the certification on your LinkedIn profile and link your profile.
I missed a live class. Can I watch the recording instead?

Usually you can watch the recording, however some certifications require participation in live classes in order to receive credit. If this is the case, message the instructor and ask how you can receive credit.
