Meditation allows us to feel totally as one with everything. However, to reach that sense of wholeness and to feel absolutely complete, we must get to know the real power of our thoughts and how they affect our experience of the world.
As part of getting to know oneself through Yoga, we must then allow ourselves to learn about our mind from an objective perspective so we can overcome any common obstacles.
Within this section you will get to learn more about the beginner's basic concepts of self-knowledge and follow up steps to help you reach a better understanding of what meditation is. Hopefully you will also begin to experience it within your everyday life! (Learning guide included)
