Join, Cassaundra, as she guides you in this, empowering and grounding, Integrated Yoga Workout.
Integrative yoga allows us powerful connection between the mind body and spirit as we use yoga postures breathing techniques and meditation to create this one hour session.
- Breathe, stretch, and move through sequences of yoga postures, channeling vital life force energy into you, and your energy centers. In closing the session, you will be taken through a guided Meditation to help to help deepen your mind, body, spirit connection, induce a deep state of relaxation and de-stress. The combination of these, help to deepen your yoga practice and your self awareness.
Yoga is designed to stimulate chakras (from the base to the crown) and bring balance and harmony into each and everyone of your chakras.
All LiL classes are recorded so don't worry if you missed a live class, simply register at your convenience and watch the class on demand as many times as you want.
*Not all exercises are suitable for everyone and this or any other exercise program may result in injury. Always consult your Doctor/Medical Practitioner before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any chronic or recurring condition.
